When a party presents a claim or a number of claims to another party, there will often be negotiations which allow the parties to reach an amicable settlement.
This Claim Settlement Agreement provides a template for parties to use within England and Wales, when they have reached a settlement which will conclude all matters between them.
Once completed and signed, this will create a legally binding and enforceable document which records the terms of the settlement reached.
