Description
This is a template Tomlin Order for use by litigants within proceedings in England and Wales.
A Tomlin order is a court order under which a court case is stayed, on terms which have been agreed in between the parties and which are included in a schedule which is attached to the order.
The parties will have to draft an agreed order and then send it to the Court with the relevant fee. The correct fee can be found in the Court information sheet EX50.
This template will assist you in preparing a correctly laid out Tomlin Order.
