Description
This is a template letter which can be used by Landlords in England and Wales following an inspection of a property, when it has been assessed that the tenant needs to take steps to remedy issues.
The letter helps set out the steps that must be taken by the tenant and sets out that they must be completed within 28 days. It further sets out that a re-inspection will then be arranged to ensure that progress has been made.
